Pastor Charles is an apostle to the nations who has been on the forefront of the healing ministry for over a decade and a half. In stadiums, arenas and churches around the world, the lame walk, the blind see and the deaf hear as God moves during the mass healing services. Many have been trained and equipped to do the work of God through schools of ministry and impartation.

Pastor Charles also serves as the senior pastor of IOC in Burnsville, a multi-racial church with a mandate to build an astmosphere for healing. Pastor Charles is married to Lindsey and has 2 children; Miriam and Israel. They reside and minister in the Twin Cities, Minnesota USA.
